What is included in the apartments?
Every apartment is fully furnished and equipped: high-speed internet, washer and dryer, a stocked kitchen, linens and utilities. Depending on the unit, parking, air conditioning or a balcony are also available.
How do I qualify for TLA lodging?
TLA lodging is intended for military members and DoD personnel on official orders who are waiting for permanent housing. Please obtain TLA approval from your housing office before booking.
How long can I stay?
TLA is meant for short-term stays, usually up to 60 days or until permanent housing is available. The exact duration depends on the approval of your Military Housing Office.
Do you help with lease agreements and deposits?
Your Military Housing Office reviews lease agreements and advises on local requirements. Deposit terms are agreed individually and confirmed in writing before arrival.
What should I know about living off-base?
Living off-base means being part of the local German community. Quiet hours, waste separation and house rules are taken seriously here — we explain everything at handover.
